Lee founded ReVIDA Recovery® Centers to establish a premier network of outpatient treatment centers committed to evidence-based clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, stigma reduction and comprehensive behavioral healthcare.
As ReVIDA’s Chief Executive Officer, Lee executes the company’s strategic vision by working closely with ReVIDA’s Senior Leadership Team and distinguished Board of Directors. He is also active in industry, legislative and public policy initiatives.
Prior to forming ReVIDA, Lee served as Chief Administrative & Legal Officer of American Pathology Partners, General Counsel of Attentus Healthcare, managing partner of a Nashville law firm, and co-founder of a health and disease management company.
Lee holds a BA in Business Administration from Furman University, a Master of Laws degree from New York University and a doctorate law degree from the University of Georgia. He has been listed in multiple editions of The Best Lawyers in America and America’s Leading Business Lawyers.
Lee serves on the Board of Trustees of Furman University.
As ReVIDA’s Chief Operating Officer, Greg is responsible for all aspects of the company’s treatment center operations. Greg is respected for developing innovative, data-driven and pragmatic solutions that emphasize evidence-based patient care along with local market and companywide growth strategies.
Greg is a seasoned behavioral healthcare executive with more than 31 years of clinical and operations leadership experience across the full continuum of care. Prior to joining ReVIDA, Greg served as senior vice president at Pinnacle Treatment Centers, where he managed over 40 addiction treatment centers and directed the addition of 18 new centers. Greg takes particular interest in nurturing ReVIDA’s culture and staff morale, and thereby improving our clients’ overall treatment experience and outcomes.
Greg earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi in 1991 and a Masters of Business Administration from Belhaven University in 2002.
An experienced corporate finance executive, Evan has devoted his career to serving clients and building businesses in the health care services sector. After a successful stint as a CPA for Deloitte, Evan transitioned to investment banking, where he served as a Vice President within Raymond James’ Health Care Services practice. While at Raymond James, Evan advised on middle-market private and public financings as well as buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions totaling over $1.0 billion of enterprise value.
As Chief Financial Officer, Evan is responsible for all aspects of ReVIDA’s finance division, including financial reporting and revenue cycle management. Given his expertise as an investment banker, Evan also provides leadership across ReVIDA’s growth and development initiatives.
Evan earned his Bachelor of Accountancy and Master of Accountancy degrees, with honors, from the University of Mississippi. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a FINRA Series 79 designation.
With more than 30 years of experience in leading large-scale operations in the behavioral healthcare industry, Ed Ohlinger has worked in both the public and private sectors, worked with adolescents and with adults, and served on boards at the community, state and national levels. Ed has dedicated his life to serving those struggling with the disease of addiction and has worked on state and national levels to improve access to care and to decrease stigma. In 2012, The Virginia Association of Medication Assisted Recovery Programs, (VAMARP), recognized Ed as the recipient of the “Hope Bolger Award” for his long-term leadership in the association, political activism, dedication and commitment to serving individuals and families who suffer from Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) in Virginia. Ed’s proudest moment came in 2018 when VAMARP awarded him a Lifetime Achievement Award (1988-2018) in Recognition of Significant Contribution to the Treatment of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Patients. Out of those last 30 years, Ed has specially focused his most recent 15 years work around Opioid Use Disorder, it’s unique challenges, stigmas, treatments and policies.
Ed possesses proven leadership skills involving regulating, developing and motivating teams to achieve identified objectives. His successes have also come from the analytical, data driven, design and problem-solving skills that he brings to the table. As of December 2018, Ed was named the Chief Operating Officer for ReVIDA Recovery® Centers, LLC, where he continues his legacy of organizational leadership: maintaining the highest quality patient care standards while maximizing profitability. ReVIDA Recovery® currently supports seven OBOT treatment programs based in TN and VA. Ed was excited to be part of the ReVIDA organization and was drawn to its leadership and the unwavering commitment to clinical excellence, regulatory compliance and positive patient outcomes.
Amy Morris is the Chief Compliance Officer for ReVIDA Recovery®. Amy works with ReVIDA’s facilities throughout Tennessee and Virginia to maintain the highest quality of clinical care for treating opioid use disorder. She has worked operational, compliance, and regulatory roles in the opioid treatment field for over 10 years.
Amy brings a successful history of collaboration with local, regional, state, and federal regulatory agencies to ensure opioid treatment providers provide the highest quality of care throughout the tri-state region. Amy has collaborated with the Drug Enforcement Agency to develop and facilitate training in over 20 states.
She most recently served as an opioid use disorder clinical treatment specialist with the North Carolina State Opioid Treatment Authority, within the Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Services. This body is responsible for oversight of 65 opioid treatment providers (OTPs) in North Carolina to ensure patients receive appropriate levels of care. Before that, Morris was a Director of DEA Compliance for a division of Acadia Healthcare.
®” width=”240″ height=”300″ />Mary Ann is an experienced leader in helping health care organizations grow their business through working collaboratively with physicians. Throughout her career, she has helped hundreds of physicians and practices find the right match in a wide variety of types of communities – ranging from rural to urban. She has led all aspects of medical staff development for multiple hospital systems, small and large, and their affiliated clinics – from strategic planning to recruiting, onboarding, and retaining the best providers for the long-term. Most recently, she served in that role for RCCH HealthCare Partners (now LifePoint Health).
As ReVIDA’s SVP for Provider Strategies, Mary Ann’s focus will be on recruiting physicians with a passion for addiction medicine, as well as networking with the physicians and hospitals in the communities served by ReVIDA to provide educational opportunities for healthcare providers and support for their patients.
Mary Ann earned her BA from Vanderbilt University and remains a dedicated ‘Dore, no matter what the football season holds.
Alison Proctor is the Regional Clinical Director in Tennessee for ReVIDA Recovery. She has worked in the SUD field for the entirety of her career. Alison started as a counselor in a men’s inpatient facility in New Orleans, then moved to an MAT IOP setting where she eventually became the Clinical Director and also held the title of UR/QA Specialist for that facility as well. In that position, Alison helped to develop a Pregnant Women specific program. She ended up speaking at the LASACT conference about the experience and using MAT combined with a specialized IOP group in treating pregnant women. After moving to Tennessee with her family, she joined team ReVIDA as a counselor and from there moved in the RCD position. Her focus as RCD is ensuring that the highest quality behavioral health services are provided to ReVIDA’s patients. Her passions also lie in clinically supervising unlicensed professionals to aid in their development.
Alison graduated with her Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University of New Orleans. She is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of TN, SC, and LA. She is a board approved LPC supervisor in TN, and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Additionally, she has clinical training in EMDR therapy.
Lindsay Key, NCC, LPC-MHSP joined ReVIDA Recovery® Centers as the SVP of Revenue and Clinical Operations in October 2021. Prior to ReVIDA, Key served as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle for Constellation Behavioral Health, with a career focus on helping treatment centers integrate clinical and financial operations.
