ReVIDA Recovery Centers exists for our patients. We are a mission-driven service organization, and it is our privilege to support our patients
as they reclaim their lives from the disease of addiction. How we support our patients is called “The ReVIDA Advantage”, which starts with a bold promise:
ReVIDA Recovery Centers supports a phased-based approach to care. Phases are tailored to each patient’s specific needs. Our approach considers that life happens and makes way for services to increase, and decrease based on patient’s real-time presentation. This approach is in no way punitive, but motivational. We equip patients with what they need for continued recovery. All phase transitions are reviewed and recommended by the multi-disciplinary care team members and communicated thoroughly with patients.
The EQUIP PHASE of the ReVIDA Advantage Program is the introductory period for a new patient with the goal of reclaiming stability.
The ELEVATE PHASE ensures that each patient is integrated with Recovery Support Services that include Health, Home, and Community to promote sustained long-term recovery. As an established patient in this phase, medical providers have the opportunity to address more holistic needs of the patient due to increased stability. By reaching this stage and treating medical/ psychiatric needs that have been under-lying opioid use, we can set our patients up for success in long-term recovery with internal and external support systems.
The BOOST PHASE includes strategies and tools for facing obstacles and disruptions that could affect the patient’s ability to maintain stability in their recovery journey.
